Our algorithm detected some distortion. It could be that the camera was tilted, or that the lense has some effect (e.g., fisheye). Don't worry, we compensated it. Keep going, you are so close!
The perspective was too angled for a top-view. The measurements might be inaccurate. Move up the camera and hold it parallalel to the hand. Remember that a bit too far is better than a bit too angled. Try again, please.
The scores show that the sizes might be off. Use these estimations just as a reference. Include the picture ID (written in the picture) in the ordering process and we will confirm your sizes.
The picture score represents how good you took the picture: a perfectly visible hand, with a perfectly parallel camera on top. You can achieve sub-millimiter accuracy as you get close to 100%!
Each finger's sizing score tells how reliable the measuring is. The ideal case is more than 95%. The picture score also plays affects to these scores. Sometimes, our algorithm decides that the joint locations might not be perfect, thus the score will be low even if you made everything perfect. But no worries: our staff can handle this.
